Delivery

We process orders between Monday and Saturday. All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after the date that the customer has placed the order and shipped out the next 1-2 business days after the processing day. 

Please note that we are closed on Sunday, all orders from Sunday will be processed the following week. 

If you need to make any changes to your order please email hello@mavebeauty.com within 12 hours of making your purchase with the subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' and our team will be back to you shortly.

United States: DHL, USPS, EMS
United Kingdom: Royal Mail. 
Canada: Canada Post. 
Australia: Australia Post. 
Others: Shipped via your Local Courier

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Note that if the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, MaveBeauty has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise you on how and where your delivery can be collected or re-delivered.
